Gambling Legislation Update, May 10: Late Hope For Minnesota Sports Betting

Minnesota
After weeks of contentious wrangling in the legislature, sports betting is back on the agenda and making progress. A bill to legalize has been added into a bill about historical horse racing machines. While its prospects in the House seem decent, there are still likely problems ahead if it gets to the Senate.
Mississippi
A bill to legalize online sports died in conference committee as the legislature wrapped up its session. More on what went wrong here.
